Any time of year! I would however give yourself a week or two before a big event so you will heal from any mild bruising or redness. Unfortunately, every injection site is an opportunity for bruising.
If you plan for neurotoxin, it will also fully kick in by that time (3-7 days, max effect 10-14 days) and we want you to feel and look your best!
If planning for microneedling, I would recommend a chemical free, high SPF (30 +) sunscreen for 4-6 weeks post treatment. Please also do not apply make up, go swimming, attend a sauna or sweat heavily for ~24 hours.

Tox: $13/ unit- forehead 30-60 units, including crows feet, less without crows feet, and less if you just do crows feet, generally every 3-4 months, so that price ranges from $390-780 depending on how many units you need.
Microneedling: $450 for first session- comes with skincare for all three sessions, $400 for additional sessions. 3 sessions needed 4-6 weeks apart for best results, and yearly touch up as needed
Sculptra: $900 a vial

No, we do not offer sales, but some of the companies we work with do offer rewards programs that you are welcome to participate in. For example, Jeuveau offers $40 off when you sign up and occasionally $80 during certain seasons. https://www.evolus.com/consumer-rewards

Ideally, remain upright for 4 hours post treatment. Do not ice or massage the face (could lead to unintentional spread).
The small red bumps should resolve in ~10 minutes time.
About 20-30% of clients will experience a mild tension headache post procedure due to the needle in the muscle. It is okay to take acetaminophen or ibuprofen if not restricted for another reason.

Yes, we will not inject you if you are pregnant, breastfeeding (although this is a softer rule based on new literature), have a neurological disease (e.g. ALS, MS, ELS), previous reactions to neurotoxin, facial infection, upcoming facial surgery and we take caution if on anticoagulation. Please be upfront with us about these conditions.

Microneedling was initially developed as a tool for skin rejuvenation. It works well for relaxing fine lines and wrinkles, softening and breakdown of scarring and hyperpigmentation. Remodeling of the skin begins at day 3 and continues for 6 months.
We cannot treat you if you have an allergy to stainless steel or lidocaine. We will also not treat if you have any open wounds or sores, recently had a spray tan on your face, have any bleeding disorders, are a keloid healer or had neurotoxin or filler treatment in the past 2-4 weeks.
We have the SkinPen, which is the first FDA cleared device in the world.
Many clients report dryness (1-6 days), redness/itching (1-3 days) and tightness (1-2 days) post procedure.
Scar reduction can require more treatments (up to 6) spaced 4-6 weeks apart for best results.

Sculptra (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) is a biostimulator that stimulates collagen production within the dermis/skin. Onset is gradual over 4-6+ weeks. Results last up to 25 months. It is the only collagen stimulator approved by the FDA. We do recommend massaging the face for 5 minutes per day, 5 times a day for 5 days post treatment to achieve best results and we will perform the first massage for you. Ice and NSAIDs are okay to use post treatment.

Please call! We can always schedule a “touch up” or second look a week or two out so you are totally satisfied with the outcome. Meg is available for any concerns at any time.
